The Loss

If I ask you - " Have you ever lost anything" ? You will say YES for sure. Loss can be in terms of money, relationship, loved one's. Any loss impacts an individual very badly. It sometimes take a moment or days or months or years to neutralise the effect of loss but the little amount of sadness remains forever somewhere in the corner of the heart.

I lost my mother, I lost a beautiful friendship, so the pain of losing is well known by me. Sometimes, you just feel like crying and make yourself relaxed. You lose focus on your aims. Nothing seems good. Whole world seems useless. You feel like the whole world is with me but with whom I wanted to be is not with me. The feeling of emptiness is weird.

There comes a time when you feel like- "Lets end up thinking about losses and start up with a new page". Here comes the toughest part. The more you try to forget something, the more you will remember it. Remembering something is much easier job than forgetting what you had once. You can try techniques like weep out your tears, share with friends or family, write it and flush it, etc. But until and unless, you self-evaluate and make up your mind, you will never be able to recover from the loss.

Simple theory is- "Gain so much that you forget what you have lost". And the joy of gain is what will make the difference in life. CELEBRATE IT..!!
